Personal property
Please note that children are not allowed to bring personal property into the kindergarten with them apart from normal items of clothing and comforters for the youngest children. We cannot accept responsibility for such items (e.g. dolls, small toys, umbrellas, etc.); if they are mislaid staff may not have time to look for them. In the event of any items being brought in, they will be placed in a basket. No responsibility will be taken for these items by the kindergarten.
September places
The kindergarten has a waiting list for the school leaver’s room in September 2018/19. Please consider carefully what sessions you require as it will be very difficult to change hours throughout the year. Children already attending will have priority.
Yoga class
There are a few places available in the yoga class this term. If you are interested please put your child’s name down in the office.

Let us know if you require a vegetarian alternative.
The BBQ starts at 11.30am and finishes with the raffle draw at 2 pm. (food is served from 12-1.30 pm.)
Summer hamper
We are collecting for the summer hamper. The hamper will be raffled at the BBQ. Please contribute.
Remember you’ve got ‘to be in it to win it’ so don’t forget to buy your raffle tickets which will be sent home with your child shortly. Additional tickets will be available from the office.
Last year our cake stall was a great success, so this year any contributions from our budding bake off contestants would be appreciated.

‘£1 per graduate’

Our topics
The children will be sowing sunflower seeds in individual pots to take home. We hope you sponsor this activity. The children have been exploring ‘growing’, watching roots develop etc. and are now keen to look after their ‘own’ plant. I hope you will support your child in looking after their sunflower. Perhaps you could have a photo taken as it grows taller and taller…to show us in the nursery. There will be a ‘prize’ for the tallest sunflower!
Sunny weather
It’s time for sun hat and sun cream; please mark both items clearly with your child’s name.
Fees
Please note that all outstanding nursery fees for the first half of term are now due. Please make sure all outstanding amounts are cleared as soon as possible
